Overview
Our Whistle-blower policy enables internal/external stakeholders to bring suspected below-mentioned irregularities to the leadership team for speedy and appropriate investigations:
- Imminent violation of laws and regulations.
- Imminent criminal offenses.
- Imminent violation of code of conduct, business principles, management standards and policies, authorization schedule, and other rules of conduct applicable within the company.
- Facts that can directly or indirectly damage the reputation of the company.
- Imminent intentional suppression, destruction, manipulation of information regarding the facts.
